As to my condition, if you’re curious, this is what’s going on: I have no sense of smell at all, nose and chest very mildly congested (getting better every day), and brain getting less foggy (I’ve been measuring it by comparing my times when playing sudoku). Throughout, my appetite has been good, and I haven’t had any fever, or at least none that I’ve noticed. I never had any aches, never had any chills, nor did I ever feel cold. At its worst stage, Monday or Tuesday, I had very heavy chest congestion, but like I said, it’s nearly gone now.

Was it COVID? Maybe, probably. Which variant? Dunno—and really, does it even matter?
